KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Effective from 01 April 2023 Lord Charles Hotel will apply a cashless approach.
• All accommodation rooms are subject to Hotel availability and subject to below cancellation fee which may be levied.
• Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Standard Room Rates:

• Single Room @ R2 780.00 per room per night
• Double Room @ R2 780.00 per room per night

Please note that the above rates are per room per night accommodation inclusive of breakfast in the Garden Terrace Restaurant only and 15% VAT. The rate, however does not include the 1% Tourism Levy per night.

Please note that check-in is at 15h00 and check-out is at 10h00 on day of departure.

Due to the immigration Amendment Act no. 19 of 2004, positive personal identification will be required upon check in. A valid Passport or an ID document will be acceptable.

Direct Bank deposits must be paid 7 days to arrival to ensure payments are cleared into the bank prior to arrival. Kindly email a copy of the deposit slip or bank transfer to [email protected]. All extras are to please be settled direct with the Hotel on departure.
